I have been practicing meditation for over 25 years and am a fully qualified MBSM instructor and Counsellor.
I studied and graduated with a certificate in
Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation Teaching at The Gawler Foundation, Victoria.
I study with the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors.
I believe everyone should have the opportunity to learn to meditate.
MBSM is being taught and practiced very successfully in many global organisations, corporations, schools and institutions.
Having worked in the corporate sector for many years, I have experienced first hand the stress and anxiety many people deal with on a day to day basis.
And not just in businesses. Schools, families, organisations.
No one at any age is immune from daily challenges and a healthy Mindfulness Meditation practice is proven to increase your happiness and reduce your stress and anxiety levels.
I am passionate about sharing these skills and techniques to help all to see that there is a simple way to help live a happy and balanced life.
